Not Carving, Foraging in Nature

Foraging in nature

FAs you know, at Neith Chainsaw Carvings, we love to be at one with our surroundings and nature, living off the land wherever possible.

Following on from our lobster forage a few weeks ago, we decided to go forage in nature – aka explore our environment. We had some great finds and here’s what we’ve been up to this afternoon.

Some foraged pakoras from the “weeds” around our Yurt, plus some beetroot and chicken ones from leftovers. The foraged ingredients are cleavers, nettles, wild garlic leaves and flowers (the red ones are the leftovers ones). The raita is nettle and wild garlic.

We hope you enjoy these little snippets of our non-carving life.
